We are looking for a Senior Construction Project Manager who thrives on high standards and wants to be a pivotal part of our delivery team.

What You’ll Do
- End-to-End Delivery: Lead large-scale commercial builds and complex fitouts from inception through to handover.
- Strategic Leadership: Drive project timelines, budgets, and quality control while mentoring junior staff and site teams.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and subcontractors, ensuring the ABACORP standard is met at every touchpoint.
- Financial Oversight: Manage project P&L, procurement strategies, and contract administration to ensure commercial viability.
- Safety & Compliance: Uphold our rigorous safety standards and ensure 100% site compliance.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 8+ years in Construction Project Management, specifically within the commercial sector (fitouts, refurbishments, or new builds).
- Leadership: A proven track record of leading delivery teams on projects valued at $5M – $20M+.
- Technical Skill: Strong proficiency in project management software and a deep understanding of Australian building codes and safety regulations.
