ABACORP was engaged to deliver the full design and construction of Snap Fitness Glebe, a 24/7 boutique-style gym designed to service a high- density inner-city demographic. The project involved converting an existing commercial tenancy into a modern fitness facility, with a strong emphasis on functionality, brand consistency, and member experience.

The scope of works included full demolition, base building upgrades, and the complete fitout of training zones including strength, cardio, and functional areas. Key elements of the fitout included acoustic solutions to minimise noise transfer, resilient rubber gym flooring, mirrored walls, ambient lighting, and integrated AV and access control systems to support 24-hour operation.

Additional features comprised modern bathrooms and change facilities, a custom-built reception counter and lounge area, office space for staff, and signage and branding consistent with Snap Fitness’ national identity.

Working within a complex urban environment, ABACORP successfully navigated site access limitations, council compliance, and service upgrades, delivering the project on time and to the client’s specifications.
