ABACORP was appointed to deliver the complete fitout of the new Snap Fitness Meadowbank, a flagship 24/7 gym facility spanning approximately 1,000m². This large-scale project involved the full transformation of a raw commercial space into a modern, high-performance fitness centre aligned with Snap Fitness’ national branding and operational requirements.

The scope included construction of distinct training zones, cardio, strength, functional training, and group fitness along with state-of-the-art member amenities such as individual change rooms, accessible bathrooms, and a members’ recovery area. A key feature of the project was the installation of high-end fitness equipment, acoustic treatments for noise control, and a robust mechanical and air-conditioning system tailored to suit high-usage environments.

The gym also incorporates a sleek front-of-house area with a custom reception counter, retail display, and lounge seating, creating a professional yet welcoming entry experience. 24/7 access was enabled through advanced security and access control systems, including CCTV and swipe card entry.

Delivered under a compressed program, ABACORP managed all construction, compliance, and coordination with Snap Fitness’ franchisor, consultants, and centre management. The result is a flagship-level facility built to serve a growing fitness-focused community in the heart of Meadowbank.
