ABACORP was engaged to deliver the complete design and construction of the new Snap Fitness Concord facility. The project involved transforming a blank commercial tenancy into a fully operational 24/7 fitness centre in line with Snap Fitness’ brand standards and operational requirements.

The fitout included high-performance gym flooring throughout, dedicated zones for cardio, strength training, and functional fitness, as well as private consulting rooms, offices, and amenities. ABACORP also oversaw the installation of mechanical ventilation systems, acoustic treatments, electrical and data infrastructure, and security systems for 24-hour access control.

Key features included a modern reception and member lounge, full-height glazing, custom signage, and the integration of TechnoGym equipment to deliver a premium member experience.

Working within tight delivery timeframes and shopping centre constraints, ABACORP successfully coordinated all trades and compliance approvals to ensure the project was delivered on time, within budget, and ready for launch.
