This innovative adaptive reuse project saw the transformation of a Level 4 carpark into a dynamic, open-plan office environment in the heart of Parramatta.

Key structural modifications included the concrete infill of existing carpark ramps, enabling a seamless floorplate for commercial use. The building services were comprehensively upgraded, featuring a new air conditioning system, relocation and installation of fire sprinklers, and a full main switchboard upgrade.

A striking new façade was introduced, replacing dated blockwork with a sleek external glazing system to elevate street presence. Internally, a new ceiling system, integrated lighting, and safety features were installed, along with high-quality finishes including carpet, joinery, and a new amenities block. The front entry and foyer were also revitalised to complete the building’s transformation into a polished, modern workspace.
