ABACORP was engaged to deliver the complete fitout of Gold’s Gym Miranda, a premium health and fitness facility located in the heart of the Sutherland Shire. The project involved transforming a large commercial tenancy into a fully operational gym designed to meet the high- performance standards of the globally recognised Gold’s Gym brand.

The scope included the construction of purpose-built training zones for cardio, strength, functional training, and group fitness, as well as premium member amenities including change rooms, accessible bathrooms, offices, and a retail/reception area. Custom gym flooring, acoustic treatments, feature lighting, and large-scale mirrors were installed throughout to ensure both functionality and aesthetic appeal.

A full commercial HVAC system was installed to manage airflow and comfort, along with security and swipe-access systems to support 24/7 member access. ABACORP coordinated the integration of high-end gym equipment, custom signage, and audio-visual systems, while also ensuring all fire, electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical works met compliance standards.

Delivered under a strict timeline and within an active retail environment, the project was completed on time and on budget, resulting in a state- of-the-art facility that reflects Gold’s Gym’s reputation for quality, performance, and community engagement.
