ABACORP transformed an empty shell tenancy in Frenchs Forest into a vibrant, multi-functional commercial fit-out combining bakery, café, and retail spaces. The project seamlessly integrated production, service, and customer experience.
The fit-out featured a fully equipped commercial kitchen and bakery, including ovens, refrigeration, food preparation zones, and tailored ventilation to support high-volume pastry and bread production. A custom front-of-house café and deli counter incorporated bespoke joinery, display cabinets, and service areas for smooth operations and customer flow. Indoor and outdoor seating areas provided a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere, with durable, stylish finishes throughout.
All mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and fire services were upgraded to meet NCC and council requirements. Warm textures, layered lighting, and branded elements brought Frenchs Fair’s fairground-inspired identity to life. Close collaboration with specialist kitchen suppliers, consultants, and the client ensured a cohesive integration of bakery production, café service, and retail presentation.
The completed commercial fit-out and refurbishment delivers a dynamic, engaging hospitality environment, balancing functionality, design, and brand identity to create a memorable destination for visitors.
