ABACORP was engaged to deliver the full fitout of Fish Fair Caringbah, a contemporary seafood restaurant and takeaway venue located in Sydney’s south. The project aimed to create a fresh, coastal-inspired space that delivers both functionality for fast-paced service and a relaxed dining atmosphere for customers.
The works included full demolition of the existing tenancy and complete internal construction, with new partitioning, commercial kitchen installation, and food prep areas designed to meet NSW health and safety standards. Front-of-house works included custom joinery, feature tiling, timber accents, and suspended lighting to reflect the brand’s clean and modern aesthetic.
The venue was fitted with premium commercial kitchen equipment, cold storage, stainless steel benches, mechanical ventilation, and grease trap systems to support daily high-volume operations. Additional works included new flooring, wall finishes, ceiling treatments, and the integration of digital menu boards and point-of-sale systems.
ABACORP managed all compliance requirements, including fire safety, health inspections, and council approvals, ensuring the project was delivered on time and ready for trade. Fish Fair Caringbah now stands as a go-to destination for quality seafood in a stylish, purpose-built setting.
