ABACORP transformed a vacant site in Minto into a fully operational fast-casual dining destination, delivering a purpose-built commercial fitout and construction project for the new El Jannah Drive-Thru.

The works included a full internal fitout, converting the base shell into a modern kitchen, cool room, service counter, and customer dining area designed for high-volume operations. Externally, a new on-grade carpark with drive-thru lanes, kerbing, landscaping, drainage, lighting, and line marking was constructed to ensure safe and efficient traffic flow. A new substation and high-voltage electrical upgrades were installed, while stormwater, sewer, water, communications, and other essential services were seamlessly integrated.

All works were delivered in line with NCC, council, and utility provider requirements. Close collaboration with the client and consultants ensured the functional and brand requirements of El Jannah were fully realised.

The completed facility combines efficient layouts, robust infrastructure, and contemporary finishes, supporting both dine-in and drive-thru service. The project demonstrates ABACORP’s expertise in commercial fitouts, construction management, and building refurbishment, delivering high-quality, purpose-built environments for fast-paced, customer-focused operations.
