Working closely with Squillace Architects, the design introduced contemporary interiors across all three floors. Exposed slab ceilings maximised height and added an industrial edge, while zoned flooring defined movement, collaboration, and focus areas. Each level features open-plan workstations, breakout zones, and enclosed quiet rooms, enhanced by custom joinery and tailored furniture solutions.

The scope included new partitions, ceilings, and finishes, alongside a full upgrade of building services, including mechanical, electrical, fire, and hydraulic systems, delivered to meet all NCC and BCA compliance requirements. Coordination with consultants ensured seamless integration of design and functionality, highlighting ABACORP’s expertise in construction management and corporate fitouts.
