The Tablelands Clinical Education Centre (TCEC) is a purpose-built medical teaching and simulation facility located within the Armidale Hospital precinct for the University of New England. The project delivers state-of-the-art clinical training environments, including simulation labs, tutorial rooms, flexible learning spaces and administrative areas, all designed to support rural medical education.
The build incorporates high-quality architectural finishes, advanced AV/IT integration, and healthcare-grade services installations. The facility strengthens UNE’s School of Rural Medicine by providing a modern, industry-aligned environment for training future clinicians in the New England region.
