This adaptive fitout introduced a new mezzanine level and reimagined open-plan office space to support Workbee’s evolving co-working model.

The project involved a full upgrade of building services, including a new main switchboard, air conditioning system, and relocated fire sprinklers to suit the new layout. New walls, glazing, ceilings, and an integrated safety system were installed throughout, enhancing both performance and compliance.

Layered lighting, soft carpet finishes, and custom joinery create a warm, functional environment, while new amenities and lounge areas offer versatility for a modern, shared workplace.
