ABACORP delivered a major commercial refurbishment at Event Cinemas Castle Hill, transforming cinema auditoriums and front-of-house areas to elevate the guest experience while keeping operations running smoothly throughout construction.

The project included a full renewal of the auditoriums, featuring upgraded seating layouts, plush carpets, refined wall treatments, and ambient feature lighting to create a modern, comfortable, and immersive environment. A new candy bar fit-out was designed with bespoke joinery, integrated display units, refrigerated storage, and a bold, branded aesthetic, enhancing the food and beverage experience. Front-of-house areas were refreshed with striking feature walls, updated signage, and decorative elements to improve customer flow and align with Event’s premium standards.

All mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and fire service upgrades were seamlessly integrated to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. Careful staging minimised disruption, allowing cinema screenings to continue throughout construction.

The completed commercial fit-out and refurbishment delivers a contemporary, high-quality environment that enhances both cinema and hospitality experiences.
