All guest rooms in the West Wing were fully upgraded with new finishes, bespoke joinery, and refreshed layouts to enhance the overall guest experience. Bathrooms were completely renewed with premium fixtures, tiling, and fittings, creating stylish and functional spaces that reflect luxury hotel expectations.

Enhancements also included energy-efficient lighting, updated electrical systems, and a carefully curated FF&E package, ensuring every detail aligned with the hotel’s boutique character.

Delivered in a live hotel environment, works were staged and meticulously coordinated to minimise disruption, allowing the hotel to remain fully operational throughout construction.
