Designed to deliver a premium café experience, this project brought together refined interiors, functional kitchen zones, and retail presentation to create a high-performing hospitality environment.

Front-of-house areas feature custom joinery, coffee counters, stone finishes, feature lighting, and integrated branding, creating a sophisticated and welcoming space for customers. Back-of-house kitchen and preparation areas were constructed for operational efficiency, including food prep zones, cooking equipment, refrigeration, and stainless-steel finishes, all fully compliant with health and safety standards.

Mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and fire services were seamlessly integrated to meet tenancy and shopping centre requirements, while natural textures, tones, and lighting reinforced the Coffee Emporium’s signature style.

All works were carefully staged to maintain smooth shopping centre operations, minimising disruption to neighbouring retailers and shoppers.
