ABACORP was engaged to deliver the complete interior fitout for The Rosey Rabbit, a charming boutique café designed to offer a warm and whimsical atmosphere with a strong focus on comfort, character, and quality finishes.

The project involved a full strip-out of the existing tenancy and a complete build of the new café layout, including custom joinery, feature tiling, polished concrete floors, ambient pendant lighting, and soft pastel finishes that bring the café’s playful identity to life. A key feature of the design was the integration of floral and vintage styling elements to create an inviting, Instagram-worthy space.

Back-of-house works included installation of a compliant commercial kitchen, stainless steel prep zones, under-bench refrigeration, and a barista station designed for high-volume coffee service. Services included upgrades to mechanical ventilation, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems, all completed to food and safety regulations.

Delivered on a tight program and within a high-traffic precinct, ABACORP worked closely with the client and design team to ensure every detail was aligned with the café’s vision. The result is a beautifully crafted hospitality space that combines functionality with a unique and memorable aesthetic, making The Rosey Rabbit a standout destination café.
