This ground-up build brought a new OZ Education facility to life, combining functionality, safety, and thoughtful design.

Works included full structural framing, sub-floor, and roofing, with external finishes such as windows, cladding, and timber decking. Inside, the fit-out featured partitions, suspended feature ceilings, and durable flooring throughout.

Amenities included children’s and DDA-compliant bathrooms, alongside a fully equipped commercial kitchen. External landscaping was completed with walkways, shade structures, and metal balustrades, creating a safe, welcoming environment for both play and learning.
