This major redevelopment of Minto Marketplace delivered a multi-faceted upgrade to the centre’s infrastructure, retail offering, and amenities. Works included the relocation of the existing carwash and construction of a new 500m² medical centre and 1,500m² childcare facility, both with full internal fitouts.

To expand community services, the project included a significant extension to the existing Woolworths, the addition of a new drive-through pickup zone, and the delivery of two new external tenancies. Key infrastructure upgrades encompassed enhancements to the centre’s ambient and service systems, a complete carpark upgrade, and the installation of a new substation to support increased demand.

The result is a revitalised retail precinct designed to accommodate growth, improve convenience, and elevate the overall customer experience.
