What was once a Thai restaurant has been completely transformed into a contemporary display and sales office for Mesa, setting the tone for their next chapter in Hurstville.

The works involved a full interior strip-out, followed by a detailed upgrade across every touchpoint, from bespoke joinery, feature ceilings, and curated lighting to new bathrooms, soft furnishings, and wall finishes. Specialised lighting and custom wallpaper introduce personality, while fresh carpet and paint unify the space.

To the front-of-house, a polished sales suite creates a strong street presence. Behind the scenes, building services, including air conditioning and the existing roof structure, were brought up to spec.
