Positioned in the heart of the iconic Manly Corso, this project blended heritage preservation with modern retail functionality.

The works involved a complete internal demolition and structural extension to the rear of the building, while carefully restoring the original heritage façade to its former glory. Major steel support upgrades were seamlessly integrated to future-proof the building without compromising its historical character.

A full interior fitout was delivered across all levels, alongside comprehensive upgrades to fire, mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical services, setting a new standard for retail-ready spaces within heritage envelopes. The result is a striking example of coastal heritage revitalised for modern use.
