ABACORP was appointed to deliver a bespoke residential development for the Sisters of Mercy Parramatta, comprising the construction of 10 individual dwellings along with complete roadworks, civil infrastructure, and stormwater detention systems at the Baulkham Hills site.
The project was designed to provide a peaceful, functional, and community-oriented living environment for the Sisters. Each residence was constructed as a standalone unit with thoughtful design considerations to support accessibility, comfort, and long-term independent living. Works included structural construction, internal fitout, landscaping, and external finishes reflective of the serene and spiritual purpose of the site.
Civil works were a critical component of the project, with ABACORP constructing new internal roadways, footpaths, lighting, and service connections to support the private estate layout. A key feature was the installation of a large underground stormwater detention system beneath the roadway to manage on-site water retention and discharge in line with council and environmental requirements.
