ABACORP delivered a major warehouse extension for BBQ Galore at the Crossroads Homemaker Centre, expanding the facility by over 1,500m² to meet growing logistics, storage, and distribution needs.

The project included bulk earthworks, structural steel framing, precast concrete panels, metal cladding, and roofing systems designed to integrate seamlessly with the existing warehouse. Roller shutters, high-clearance access points, and loading dock provisions were incorporated to support efficient operational flow.

Upgraded services- including electrical, lighting, fire systems, and stormwater management were delivered in line with BCA and local council requirements. Working within a live retail centre, ABACORP carefully staged works and applied strict safety protocols to minimise disruption to tenants and customers.

The result is a robust, high-functioning warehouse extension that enhances operational capacity and supports BBQ Galore’s long-term growth, highlighting ABACORP’s experience in industrial construction and commercial building projects.
