ABACORP delivered a comprehensive commercial construction project at Bunnings Alexandria, enhancing customer convenience and modernising critical building services within a fully operational retail environment. The project included the construction of a new undercover Click & Collect drive-through, designed to streamline online order collection. Works incorporated structural steel, roofing, protective bollards, pavement reconfiguration, drainage, signage, and traffic flow improvements.

Fire systems, including hydrants, sprinklers, and detection, were fully upgraded to meet NCC standards and BCA compliance. Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and communications systems were also enhanced to support both the new drive-through and ongoing warehouse operations. All works were staged around live retail activity, utilising night works and careful interface management to minimise disruption to staff and customers.
