The scope included a complete upgrade of the hotel’s lobby, reception, restaurant, and bar. A standout industrial-style bar was introduced, featuring bespoke bottle displays, statement lighting, and a custom countertop. The new reception counter incorporated tailored joinery and ambient lighting, creating a welcoming first impression.

Polished concrete and plush carpet flooring define functional zones, while layered wall finishes and curated décor add texture and depth. Essential building services upgrades, compliance works, and behind-the-scenes improvements were integrated seamlessly, ensuring the hotel is modern, fully compliant, and ready for contemporary use.
