Following the success of Gold’s Gym Miranda, ABACORP was engaged to deliver the franchise’s bold North Sydney expansion, transforming a raw tenancy into a high-performance training facility.

Works included full demolition, new entry installation, and a complete fit-out featuring rubber flooring, polished concrete, and vinyl finishes. New offices, a sauna, crèche, and outdoor zones were constructed to support both fitness and lifestyle amenities.

A custom reception desk and feature wall set the tone on arrival, with upgraded lighting and amenities throughout. ABACORP also coordinated seamlessly with Life Fitness for gym and equipment integration, delivering a space ready for day-one activation.
